
Introducing ReScatter v1.0 (5.6–5.7), a robust and modern tool for physically scattering objects in Unreal Engine. Built with the new Unreal interactive UI framework and Chaos Physics, ReScatter offers a seamless, state-unchanged experience during use. It enables users to scatter meshes using a brush tool, fill shape volumes such as spheres, boxes, and circles, or distribute objects along spline curves. The tool supports saving and reusing preset configurations of reference meshes and brush settings, and integrates fully with Unreal’s Undo/Redo system. Key features include physical placement, volume-based scattering, spline-based distribution, and real-time object transformation, stacking, and pulling to enhance map aesthetics.
