 RayFire for Unity v1.87 is an advanced destruction plugin that enables infinite fracturing, demolition, and slicing of 3D objects—both in the editor and at runtime. It offers advanced dynamic simulation control over objects and their fragments, including activation, dynamic clustering, and damage. Developers can shoot, explode, and apply complex forces, record simulations in the editor, and play them back in real time. The plugin supports simulation types such as Dynamic, Sleeping, Inactive, and Kinematic. In Dynamic mode, objects are affected by gravity and interact with other simulated objects. In Sleeping mode, objects remain frozen in air until they collide, after which they behave dynamically. In Inactive mode, objects are suspended in air and unaffected by gravity but can be influenced by other objects and activate to become dynamic upon triggering. In Kinematic mode, objects interact with others but are not affected by external forces and can be activated to behave dynamically. RayFire is compatible with Unity 2019.4.18 or higher and is available for free.
