Winter Environment – Nature Pack v3.0 (03 Sep 2025) introduces a high-fidelity winter nature asset designed for rapid and efficient development of winter scenes in Unity. Supported on Unity 2019.4.0 and higher, the pack includes advanced shaders that allow precise control over snow coverage on trees, grass, and props, with all trees compatible with both standard Unity Terrain and Vegetation Studio.
In collaboration with BOXOPHOBIC, the asset features AG Global Settings — an advanced GPU-based wind system offering intuitive, real-time control over wind parameters such as direction, amplitude, speed, scale, and mesh stiffness. Wind settings can be adjusted globally across the entire scene or applied locally per material, enabling dynamic variations in object rigidity and wind influence.
AG Global Settings also provides global configuration for ambient occlusion, translucency, tint color, and snow. These settings are scene-specific and allow environmental look adjustments without modifying base mesh materials.
The textures are high-resolution, derived from real-world scanned data, and include three distinct tree types, each using only two materials (leaf and bark). The trees are optimized for performance with low overdraw and minimal draw calls. Additionally, cross-meshing is implemented at the final LOD level for trees and bushes.
