Introducing the Abandoned Utility Room 5.5+ – a small, non-modular utility room meticulously built using Unreal Engine’s Nanite and Lumen technologies. This high-fidelity environment features 218 unique meshes, 11 materials, 73 material instances, and 185 textures with resolutions ranging from 2×2 to 4096×4096. The scene includes collision data: level geometry is manually defined, with some props having automatic collision. Vertex count ranges from 2 to 111,000. Due to the use of Nanite, no traditional LODs are required, and the scene benefits from real-time global illumination powered by Lumen. For optimal visual performance, hardware ray tracing is recommended. The resource is supported on both Windows and Mac platforms.
