 Real Blood v1.3 is a comprehensive game resource pack designed to help developers create intense, gory gameplay experiences. It includes a built-in Render Pipeline with HDRP 16 support. Key features include easy usability, PBR (Specular and Metallic) materials, a wide range of visual effects such as damage, explosions, cutting, sawing, leaks, and liquid surface interactions, props like entrails, decals for puddles, trails, and footprints, a character damage system that projects decals onto skinned meshes, dedicated shaders for blood, damage, and explosions, a tiled gore material, and helper scripts and examples for spawning decals via particle collisions, FPS damage effect spawners, and blood footprints when stepping into blood puddles. Users should not import project settings when importing the asset. The showcase scene uses TextMeshPro and PostProcessingStack v2; if post-processing issues occur, remove the post-processing layer from the camera, re-add it, and set the layer to “PostProcessing”.
