 Modern Neighborhood House | Blue Dot Studios v1.0 is a detailed game resource pack designed for Unity 2020.3.30 or higher, compatible with URP and HDRP (built-in rendering pipeline not included). The pack features a modern neighborhood with a fully decorated house including a living area, dining area, detailed kitchen, two bathrooms, a children's room, a study room, a pool, and landscaped garden. Multiple building types enable the creation of expansive neighborhoods with trees, cars, outdoor furniture, and modular roads and sidewalks. The house interior and garden are baked, while neighborhood streets, houses, and environments are rendered in real time. Neighboring houses do not include interiors. The asset comes with 390+ prefabs, ready-to-use compressed textures at 2K resolution (upgradable to 4K for higher quality), and full support for Post Processing Volumes. A custom Pool Water Shader Graph is included. The full house and garden have a triangle count of 882K, while the entire neighborhood has a triangle count of 2.46M. Triangle counts for individual objects are also shown in the screenshots.
