 The Harbour Pack - Wooden Modular Assets v4.27+ is a comprehensive resource pack featuring 130 unique modular models, 69 materials (37 base materials and 32 instances), 6 blueprints, and 126 textures. The pack includes a detailed overview map with small environment scenes that demonstrate the scale and geometry of the assets. The modular models are designed for use in ships, wooden houses, shipwrecks, and other wooden environments. Most meshes come with custom collision, some include LODs, and there is no overlapping UVs. The overview map also features fully assembled ships composed of multiple meshes, which can be selected in the scene using box selection (top view, box select, Ctrl+G to group) and then copied into your own projects. The pack also includes several wooden buildings.
