The tool includes features such as viewing animations and skins, running spine animations without playing, displaying frame and time with a slider timeline, auto-run functionality to loop animations by time, adjusting auto-run speed with a speed slider, changing SkeletonDataAssets via the tool, and quickly jumping to a skeleton object in the hierarchy using a ping button.
