Sci-Fi Facility Sector 43 v1.2

 Sci-Fi Facility Sector 43 v1.2 is a large standalone resource pack designed to complement the Sci-Fi Facility suite. It includes a comprehensive demo scene and over 330 models, featuring high-poly and low-mid-poly models with a variety of walls and panels. The pack supports both URP and HDRP pipelines and includes custom shaders that can be adjusted via ShaderGraph. Models support runtime color and dirt adjustments, LODs for performance optimization, and PBR materials using a metal/smoothness workflow. It contains 68 props, 54 decals, and 331 models in total, with 2k–4k PNG textures and polycounts ranging from 100 to 3000. The resource pack is suitable for VR environments and requires Unity 2018.4.17 or higher.
