 The City Pack - Modular and Tileable v1.2 is the first-ever modular city pack, featuring 37 buildings, 22 props, and 48 ready-made building blocks. Now with colliders, it allows users to create their own cities in minutes. Each building comes with a normal map and an alpha channel for realistic reflections. The pack is highly optimized for mobile devices, enabling the creation of hundreds of different cities using just this modular collection. It includes a pre-made city to get users started, offers hundreds of possible combinations, and allows the construction of a large city in just a few minutes. The city is photo-real and modern, with baked reflections using Reflection Probes, normal maps for roads, props, pavements, and buildings to enhance visual quality, low-poly yet realistic assets, atlassed textures and shared materials, mobile readiness, compatibility with Oculus, GearVR, Vive, and Daydream, excellent attention to detail, an HDRI sky included, and full PBR support.
