Analogical Flight Instruments - GUI & Code v1.1 offers a comprehensive suite of high-fidelity flight instruments, fully operational without requiring coding. The resource pack includes all essential flight instruments such as airspeed, altitude, ground height, artificial horizon (pitch and bank angles), compass heading, turn coordinator with slip ball, vertical velocity, engine RPM, and fuel. Instrument data is automatically calculated by the script and can be linked to a reference aircraft Transform/RigidBody or left empty to track the MainCamera’s movements.
The asset features pre-made layouts and variations (Compact, Simple, Full, and Floating Mode), as well as a customizable template prefab for creating unique panel designs. It is compatible with any aircraft model or physics setup and works across all platforms, including mobile. Each instrument supports adjustable offset and scaling factors, enabling custom orientations and fine-tuning between arcade and precision simulation modes. A configurable low-pass filter allows smooth or instant value readings, while mechanical rolling digits provide a realistic visual effect.
Additional features include engine pitch sound synchronized with RPM, manual control over fuel and engine RPM, and dynamic fuel consumption proportional to engine speed—shutting down the engine when fuel is depleted. The package includes a mini sound manager and a data console that displays real-time flight data, G-force (current, max, min), horizontal velocity, angle of attack, angle of slip, fuel flow, and timed warning messages. A texture atlas is included for improved performance, and a dedicated camera movement script emulates aircraft flight for effective instrument testing.
Full source code is provided, enabling developers to modify and extend functionality as needed. This asset is ideal for both arcade and realistic flight simulations.
