 Abandoned Psychiatric Hospital v1.3 is a detailed modular resource pack designed for Unity. Set on the outskirts of a city, the abandoned hospital features boarded-up windows, a broken fence, and overgrown vegetation, with a sense of life still lingering within. The pack offers a flexible modular system that enables developers to quickly customize and assemble a hospital environment according to their needs. It includes 355 unique prefabs, 7 distinct rooms with props, and a variety of decals and objects to enhance room diversity. Key features include a door opening system, LOD groups for performance optimization, and texture resolutions of 512 px/m for modules and 512–1024 px/m for props. The resource pack also includes a demo scene and a comprehensive readme file with shader support for different versions.
