Fantasy Forest Environment v2.4 is a comprehensive resource pack designed for creating stylized forest environments in Unity. The pack includes over 120 prefabs, ranging from trees, bushes, and rocks to mushrooms and landscape details. It features a demo scene available in summer, autumn, and winter variants to showcase seasonal changes.
Key components include:
- 23 tileable, hand-painted terrain textures
- 12 tree models: 7 conifer trees, 2 deciduous trees, and 3 birch trees with autumn and winter variations (totaling 36 tree prefabs)
- 13 terrain detail meshes (grass, bushes, flowers) with vertex alpha for accurate wind simulation
- 53 prop models such as mushrooms, rocks, fences, water plants, a tent, campfire, bridge, and waterfalls
- 7 particle effects: water splash, fire, falling leaves, dust, mist, and snow
- A custom tree shader with wind movement controlled globally via a single script
The resource pack supports Unity 2022.3 and newer versions with built-in rendering. It is compatible with URP v15 (Unity 2022.3) and URP v16 (Unity 2023.2), and includes a conversion pack for URP support.
Note: The asset has not been tested on mobile devices and does not support HDRP.
