 The MonoWheel Bike v5.0+ game resource pack includes a fully functional mono-wheel bike with animations for the rider, particle effects for dust trails, and sound effects for movement. The pack features one core bike actor, a demo third-person character (or two in UE5), pre-configured with animations to ride the bike, and a basic trace and message system to allow interaction and entry. The bike can be ridden on the ground like a standard bicycle or transformed into a flying vehicle for aerial movement when desired. It includes four bike meshes: a flight version, a non-flight version with reduced performance cost, and outlined versions of both for anime or black-outline styles. Four corresponding material sets are provided, all supporting color masking to customize the appearance to match project-specific needs. The resource pack is compatible with both UE4 and UE5 character mannequins and skeletons, enabling seamless integration. The bike uses the engine's default "Character" actor class instead of a traditional wheeled vehicle, which limits certain physics behaviors. This design choice was made because physics-based vehicle systems caused instability—such as flipping or falling—when applied to the mono-wheel design. While this may be a limitation in rare cases, it works well for most applications and integrates easily with existing AI systems. The resource pack is also fully replicated for multiplayer support.
