The system enables streaming of game content from disc in any axis or space, eliminating loading screens. Background terrains can be replaced with low-poly meshes, and a floating-point fix system ensures smooth performance. Players can create endless space games, 2D platformers, 3rd-person games, cloud point viewers, or any other game type without performance hiccups during movement. Endless looped worlds can be built with minimal setup. Scenes can be scaled to any size without limitations. Local updates can be applied with just two buttons via the local area updater. Worlds can be segmented into layers such as lighting, AI, geometry, or local areas—ideal for collaborative development. The system is also well-suited for architectural presentations and applications requiring minimal memory usage. By reducing the number of objects loaded in the scene, CPU and GPU resources are conserved, loading only what is necessary. Collider streaming allows rooms and floors to be streamed only when the player enters their respective collider areas, enabling the creation of large towns with interiors without performance impact. Ring streaming replaces Unity terrains with low-poly meshes at a distance, allowing open-world streaming with just a few clicks.
