 SciFi Space Colony v1.2 is a modular asset pack designed to enable developers to create custom space colonies. The pack includes over 300 prefabs with various modular elements, all grid-snap ready, allowing for flexible and efficient scene building. It supports both top-down and first-, third-person game perspectives. The resource comes with a comprehensive texture and material library for customization, low-poly meshes optimized for performance on low-end platforms, and ready-to-play demoscenes for both camera types. A wide range of decorative assets is included to support basic interior and exterior design. Additional free assets such as alien terrain, an Ico robot character, and scripts for top-down level management are provided for demo purposes. The asset pack is natively included in Unity's Builtin renderer, but when switching to URP or HDRP, additional import packages are required.
