The kit features 3 example scenes, 85 premade blocks for rooms, 162 premade blocks for corridors, and 61 breakable elements. It supports top-view, lateral-view, and first-person-view. The asset includes various texture styles at 2048x2048 with diffuse, specular, occlusion, and normal maps for PBR materials (and supports custom seamless textures). It can be used to build offices, labs, schools, hospitals, and apartments, and is compatible with the Manor Construction Kit and Grid-based Dungeon Kit 2 for even more creative combinations.
