 Modular House 5.0+ is a comprehensive game resource pack featuring fully interactive houses with complete interiors and walkable environments. The pack includes over 280 models, offering endless neighborhood variations. It provides modular exteriors and interiors with more than 200 customizable modules, fully customized materials, and support for both baked and dynamic lighting through demo scenes. The resource includes road, stairs, and fence blueprints, with the ability to apply new or aged appearances using vertex paint. It comes with 19 pre-built houses (each with 4 LOD levels), glass and window destruction mechanics, and openable doors, garages, houses, and windows. The package also includes LOD and lightmap UVs for optimal performance.
