Props include original sculptures, paintings, furniture, technical equipment, and accessories. Key features include AI-generated painting textures that can be replaced with custom textures via material instances, allowing for editable base colors of walls and fabrics through material instances. The pack contains 108 unique meshes, supports custom collision, features vertex counts ranging from 24 to 36,260, includes level-of-detail (LOD) optimization, and consists of 100 materials and material instances along with 209 textures. Texture resolutions range from 2048x2048 to 4096x4096. The resource pack is compatible with Windows and does not support Mac.
