 Small Town Stores - Modular Pack v5.1+ is a high-quality, modular asset pack designed for creating American-inspired small town stores and street environments in Unreal Engine 5. The pack includes both exterior and interior modular building pieces, featuring 558 unique meshes with high-resolution textures up to 4K.
