Anime City Suburbs v5.0-5.2+

 Stylized city environment built from modular pieces with a large variety of supporting props and day/night sublevels. A wide range of modular props and building pieces allows you to expand on what's already built or create your own city. A lot of effort was put into creating hero props, such as mascots, vehicles, and posters, adding unique style and personality to the project. Everything is built with Unreal 5, using Lumen for real-time lighting.
